White crystal powder.The solubility in water is 2.26% at 13°C,High solubility in hot water.When the aqueous solution is gradually decomposed at 80 °C, ammonia gas is generated.When the solubility in absolute ethanol (C2H5OH) and ether is 13 °C,were 1.26% and 0.01%.Soluble in liquid ammonia, hot water, ethanol, acetone hydrate, dimethylformamide, insoluble in ether, insoluble in benzene and chloroform.Relative density (d254) 1.40. Melting point 209.5 ℃. Stable when dry. Does not burn.Low toxicity, median lethal dose (mice, oral)>4000mg/kg. The maximum allowable concentration in the air is 5mg/m³.

Fire-fighting measures

Reacts violently with ammonium nitrate, potassium chlorate and their salts. Cause an explosion.It is decomposed by high heat, producing highly toxic fumes of cyanide and nitrogen oxides.

Firefighters must wear filter respirators (full face masks) or isolation respirators, and wear full-body fireproof and protective clothing to extinguish fires in the upwind direction.

Emergency treatment

Isolate the leaked contaminated area and restrict access.Cut off the fire source.It is recommended that emergency personnel wear dust masks (full face masks) and protective clothing.Rinse with plenty of water, dilute with wash water and put into waste water system.If there is a large amount of leakage, collect it for recycling or transport it to a waste disposal site for disposal.

Storage method

Packed in woven bag with plastic inner bag or 5 layers kraft paper bag packing.The mouth of the bag should be tightly sealed and must not leak.The net weight is 25±0.2kg per bag.
